This body of work reflects a focus on exploring the dialogue between new and older, traditional modes of communication and observation, particularly as it applies to a consideration of image-making as a relevant tool for connectivity in an ever-burgeoning, global, digital community. I am interested in engaging the influence of individual experience as the launch point for manifesting the impulses to contribute to visual culture as a means to establishing common ground with other members of my community, digitally or otherwise.
